The best books to give your partner

The honest answer: most of the menopause books written for partners are written by women, for women, and then sold to partners. They don't land.
The one we recommend most often is 'The Definitive Guide to the Perimenopause and Menopause' by Dr. Louise Newson — specifically the chapter aimed at partners. Tear it out, photocopy it, leave it on the bedside table.
For a softer option, Davina McCall's 'Menopausing' is structured in short, scannable sections. Partners who would never read a 300-page tome will read three pages on a Sunday morning.
The most underrated 'resource' for partners: this app. Show them the Symptoms tab. The data does the talking.
